The Norman Hill Scholarship is designed to open doors for young people of diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career in the construction industry. Created to honor labor leader Norman Hill, the program supports students pursuing Construction Management degrees at Virginia Tech. It’s more than just financial help — it’s about creating opportunity, building a more inclusive workforce, and empowering the next generation of Project Managers and contractor leadership.

Scholarship Details
Funded by Virginia Tech, the Electrical Alliance-Norman Hill scholarship is awarded to students participating in the Construction Engineering Management program.
