The event, organized by the Property Management Association, attracts more than 3,500 property management professionals who develop, own, operate and maintain real property in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Expo includes 200 exhibitors, keynote addresses, live demonstrations of new technology and a full-day of accredited seminars.
“I think people are feeling better about the construction industry,” said Sonia Vargas, chair of The Electrical Alliance. “People were genuinely interested in hearing about what we’re doing and learning about the quality standards we adhere to.”
