The Washington Business Journal recently ranked the top 17 electrical contractors in the D.C. metropolitan area, 14 of which are Electrical Alliance contractors.
The Electrical Alliance is a cooperative effort between electrical contractors of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and skilled craftsmen of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local Union 26.
The Electrical Alliance contractors on the list (based on 2017 Washington metro-area revenue) were:

- Rosendin Electric- $218.00 million
- J.E. Richards Electric Inc. – $203.96 million
- Freestate Electrical Cos. – $188.00 million
- Mona Electric Group Inc. – $146.05 million
- Singleton Electric Co. Inc. – $92.26 million
- PerLectric Inc. – $58.2 million
- Contemporary Electrical Services Inc. – $46.22 million
- Heller Electric Co. Inc. – $41.57 million
- C3M Power Systems LLC – $29.90
- RTL Electric Co. Inc. – $25.00 million
- Total Electric Inc. – $19.00 million
- Adcock’s Systems LLC – $14.2 million
- Merical Electrical Contractors Inc. -$6.6 million
The 14 Electrical Alliance contractors on the Washington Business Journal’s list have worked on large-scale projects including Amazon’s data center, Washington Adventist Hospital, DC United Stadium, Trap Rock Water Treatment Plant, North Point High School and many others.
